We talked (and looked) through the extensive history, agreed a couple of actions to complete before completing the deal. A few days later we picked up our RR Sport, cleaned, prepped, and ready to go. Shane was available by phone any time, did everything he agreed, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We recently bought a VW Transporter from Shane at AW Used Vans. Unfortunately after a couple of days it was losing coolant at an alarming rate. Even though it was Easter Monday, we phoned and left a message and within 10 minutes Shane called back. We told him what happened and even though we were quite way from home, Shane came out to us, took the van back to his place to check it out. It took 4 days and a lot of hard work on Shane's part but we eventually got the van back in perfect working order. We purchased a pickup from Shane just before the Christmas tier restrictions came in. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very helpful and friendly.
